A company logo redesign really doesn’t have to be difficult – it can be very straight forward.

Intrepid were approached by Maxspec, a specialist TIG welding and engineering company. They wanted their old logo redesigned and brought up to date. The new logo also needed to work as an icon on Social Media.

After a short chat with the client it all sounded very straight forward: update the logo, keep the yellow, and they would supply relevant reference. The client liked their current logo, but recognised it was looking dated and it needed a refresh. The logo also had to work when laser cut from steel, a key consideration, as the steel logo plates were welded to finished products.

We had everything needed, the client had been very clear… were we missing something! Could it really be this easy?

Yes, it really was that easy. The client was delighted and approved the first draft!
